Gilded Age I - Baroque Rococo Palace Ceiling Inspired metal print by Audrey Jeanne Roberts. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This pair of images began with a request for Plasterwork Palace ceiling art - traditional with a twist. Over the top elegance with a fun, whimsical touch and rich, feminine coloring. Utilizing a lovely women's portrait from the Palais Garnier French Opera House ceiling panel and combining it with hand painted plasterwork floral piece with acanthus leaves, vines and tendrils in an asymmetrical design in keeping with the baroque rococo and regency stylings of the mid-1800s.
