This elegant, French, Paris inspired illustration was inspired by two of Audrey Jeanne's great "loves" Caramel and Dark Chocolate - especially with hard centers! This beautiful presentation is a plate of elegant hand made chocolates on a lace edged plate with a gorgeous frame of vintage printer's decorative ornaments from antique advertising illustrations. It was created of hand painted watercolor elements of fine china tea cup and saucer with a border of carved etchings once used in antique vintage advertising by printers. A hand drawn line work background is of a fleur de lis damask leaf pattern. All of this is overlaid on a hand painted crackle finish painted wood.
