This pair of images began with a request for Plasterwork Palace ceiling art - traditional with a twist. Over the top elegance with a fun, whimsical touch and rich, feminine coloring. Utilizing a lovely women's portrait from the Palais Garnier French Opera House ceiling panel and combining it with hand painted plasterwork floral piece with acanthus leaves, vines and tendrils in an asymmetrical design in keeping with the baroque rococo and regency stylings of the mid-1800s. In a vintage style but an original painting by Audrey Jeanne Roberts, copyright all rights reserved.
