This contemporary artwork in a vintage collage style watercolor image was created by Audrey Jeanne Roberts with the desire to portray the peaceful, relaxing calm of the beach and bring it into your home. You can almost hear the waves as you meditate on this image! A green sea turtle and a baby turtle are paired with a vintage printer's etching decorative ornament of a sea going clipper ship with full sails on her mast. The hand calligraphy script font with swirling scroll flourishes says, "Sea Turtle," on a background of sandy tan textural watercolor and acrylic washes. The borders were hand painted and inspired by carved wooden moulding designs from vintage architectural elements. You can comfortably mix and match any of the paintings from the Coastal Waterways series.
