This painterly style watercolor image was created by Audrey Jeanne Roberts with the desire to portray the peaceful, relaxing calm of the beach and bring it into your home. A regal Great Blue Heron dances with a trio of sand dollars on a background of sandy tan textural watercolor and acrylic washes. The borders were inspired by carved sandstone designs from vintage architectural elements. You can comfortably mix and match any of the paintings from the Coastal Waterways series. Ideal for creating the interior design of a beach cottage, second home, retreat, weekend getaway, tropical island resort or just the home that wishes it were by the sea!
